Q: Do I have to make an appointment to view a vehicle?
A: Yes. We arrange viewings on an appointment only basis to ensure your chosen vehicle is available, on-site and that a member of staff is on hand to attend to your enquiry correctly.

Q: What warranty cover is included?
A: As an RAC Approved partner, every vehicle purchased includes a three month, unlimited mileage, national RAC warranty alongside 12 months complimentary roadside assistance.

Q: Can I extend the warranty?
A: Yes. If you are looking for longer peace of mind we can extend your RAC warranty to 6, 12 or 24 months from as little as £146+vat.

Q: What else is included in the purchase price?
A: Alongside your RAC warranty cover every vehicle is mechanically prepared to the highest standard including a pre-delivery inspection, manufacturers spec service (if required), a fresh MOT, a full valet using the latest detailing products and, of course we complete all the necessary paperwork and carry out a meticulous handover!

Q: Will you take my current vehicle in part exchange?
A: Yes. We are happy to appraise your current vehicle for part exchange regardless of make, model or mileage and do not charge a fee for this service.

Q: Do you offer finance?
A: Yes. We work closely with a number of finance providers to ensure funding your next vehicle is a simple and competitive process (subject to status!).

Q: I’m not looking for finance, what other payment methods do you accept?
A: Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer.

Q: Do you charge an admin fee?
A: Unlike the vast majority of main dealers, car supermarkets and large independent’s we do not charge an admin fee, have any hidden charges or compulsory add-on products that you must buy to complete your purchase. However, vehicles purchased through a third party finance provider such as a bank, building society or broker (i.e Zuto or CarFinance247) are welcomed but are subject to a £199.00 charge to cover introduction fees and additional administration.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Colchester, Essex (Britain’s oldest recorded town!) and are easily reached by road, rail or air!
Road: We are located a mere 4 miles from the A12 motorway or around 45 minutes from junction 28 of the M25 (depending on traffic!).
Rail: Colchester’s North Station is also just 4 miles away (we offer a free collection service from this station by prior arrangement) and is approximately 55 minutes from London’s Liverpool St. Station on a direct train.
Air: We are conveniently located just 27 miles (around 40 minutes by car) from Stansted airport.
